Existing solutions for data exchange problem are considered. Installation feasibility and use FTP-server as an effective tool for storing and providing access to files is analyzed. Technical aspects of its work, as well as the tasks range that can be solved with its help are specified. Within the adaptive information system limits the general interaction functional structures scheme of the distributed FTP-server is resulted, and as the presence concealment scheme of storehouses by a controlling server at connection at the client. The mathematical storage model organization and access to files, allowing to realize rational files distribution sent by the client among available storages, is described.
