In this paper, we propose a novel approach of calculating optical stereoscopic systems containing acousto-optic tunable filters. Each channel is designed separately as a simple imaging system. It is formed by an entrance lens, a radiation receiver lens, and an acousto-optic filter. The optimization of the depth of field and the magnification of the optical system is carried out during the calculations. The numerical values of the overall parameters obtained satisfy the given initial requirements. The Zemax simulation of the built optical system is in strong agreement with the calculation.
