An attempt to combine the main verified recommendations for the organization of low-emission combustion of fuels (in relation to three main components of standardized harmful substances SN, NO x , and CO 2 ) into one of the crucial modern problemsis implemented. Thepaper is devoted to the search for some general trends in the formation of emission characteristics based on the accumulated experience such as computational and experimental results obtained in CIAM.
