In view of the shortage of models of practical installation and teaching AIDS in the teaching and training of traditional naval ship diesel engines, the 3D printing technology is integrated with the educational concept of this course, and a multi-functional diesel engine teaching AIDS model suitable for classroom teaching is designed and manufactured, and its design method and process are expounded. A set of models of diesel engine teaching AIDS are designed and manufactured by using this method and applied in classroom teaching. The teaching effect is good, the learners’ enthusiasm is stimulated, and the teaching and training quality is improved.
