Software reliability is an important index to evaluate system quality. Aiming at the web configuration system of service component architecture, this paper proposes a service process-oriented software reliability model, which analyses the service reliability from the whole service life cycle, and finally gives the comprehensive reliability calculation method of software. Using the method proposed in this paper, the service composition can be optimized in the system design phase, and the reliability of the whole software system can be improved.
