With the popularization and application update of multimedia teaching, the advantage of this information technology in teaching has become more and more prominent, and it has been continuously surpassing the pure application mode to the independent research and development mode. It is very obvious in higher education, and the new educational informationization development mode combining application and development is emerging constantly. Practice has proved that the education model of “Internet + education” is leading China into the era of educational informationization 2.0 [1]. It will be a necessary way to realize the high quality and balanced development of education to drive the modernization of education with informationization. This paper adopts the research methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and software engineering, combines the teaching characteristics of technical courses and the learning rules of students majoring in physical education, analyzes and designs the online teaching of basic technical courses of basketball and studies the online teaching system of basic basketball teaching.
