Fresh food due to easy corrosion, increased the difficulty of businesses to supply fresh food. At the same time, in the e-commerce environment, fresh food in distribution services, logistics costs and food safety and other aspects of the problem to be solved urgently. This paper firstly explains the existing problems in the operation of fresh agricultural products e-commerce in China, and at the same time discusses the role and optimization of fresh agricultural products supply chain under the background of big data for readers’ reference.
