In recent years, China is trying to develop various educational systems. The system of higher education is the main concern of China’s education policy. The second concern is vocational education. At present, the management situation of Vocational Education in China is not optimistic [1]. We can not think that all the mistakes are caused by the neglect of the society. In the highly developed computer software technology today, experts suggest that we can use software technology to study various problems of vocational education management mechanism. This paper describes the current situation of the management system of vocational education. The characteristics of the management system are also mentioned in the article. On this basis, this paper also puts forward the development method of management mechanism which can improve the quality of management.
