The results of mechanical tests of polymer composite materials with various types of hybrid matrices at negative temperatures are presented. The hybrid matrix is formed during the product forming by adding viscoelastic components to the binder of the main matrix, which retain a liquid state. Technical wax, anaerobic and organosilicon polymer materials were used as viscoelastic components of various types of hybrid matrices. Based on the test results using optimization methods, the optimal compositions of PCMs with hybrid matrices were determined for the production of parts of transport and technological machines operating in Arctic operating conditions at temperatures of -30°C and -50°C.
