The article analyses the current status and existing problems of the current pricing model of electric power projects in our country, introduces the advantages of the full-cost comprehensive unit price method, and demonstrates that the implementation of the full-cost comprehensive unit price method for project pricing is simple, operability, and meets market needs. The market pricing principle is more conducive to the reasonable determination and effective control of the project cost. Finally, it expounds the difficulties that need to be studied to solve the current implementation of this model, and proposes corresponding countermeasures. At the same time, we applied the full-cost comprehensive unit price to actual cases, and demonstrated the effectiveness of the full-cost comprehensive unit price in power engineering management through modelling and simulation.
