The model of health level system was constructed based on medical treatment, environment, policy, life and culture in Qingdao, the weight of each index was determined based on entropy method, and the impact of each index on residents’ health level was analyzed. Then the comprehensive score of health level was calculated according to the weight of each index. Finally, according to the grey prediction model, the comprehensive score is fitted and predicted, and relevant suggestions are provided according to the fitting and prediction conclusions.
