Peer review declaration

All papers published in this volume of Journal of Physics: Conference Series have been peer reviewed through processes administered by the Editors. Reviews were conducted by expert referees to the professional and scientific standards expected of a proceedings journal published by IOP Publishing. • Type of peer review: Double-blind The conference organiser deleted authors’ information of papers which passed pre-review before sending them to reviewers. All reviewers have no idea about authors’ information. And we also deleted reviewers’ information when sending review report to authors. So author and reviewer don’t know each other. In this way, review could be objective. • Conference submission management system: Submitting papers via email • Number of submissions received: 43 • Number of submissions sent for review: 36 • Number of submissions accepted: 20 • Acceptance Rate (Number of Submissions Accepted / Number of Submissions Received X 100): 46.51% • Average number of reviews per paper: 2 • Total number of reviewers involved: 16 reviewers • Any additional info on review process: CPRA 2021 review process: 1. Pre-review When receiving submission, the conference organiser arranged pre-reviews. We mainly checked submission’s topic, integrity, and similarity rate (≦30%). If there is any one problem of these, the article would be returned to author and would not go to the next step. 2. Peer review After pre-review, submission was assigned to 2-5 reviewers whose research interests are suitable. Reviewers were informed to follow IOP Publishing’s key points of reviewing policy, which includes technical criteria, quality criteria and presentation criteria. 3. Email review report to author Reviewers filled the review form and comments, and sent them to conference organiser within 2 weeks. Combining several review forms and comments, conference organiser made a review report and emailed it to author.
