Preface

The 2021 International Conference on Computer, Communication, Control, Automation and Robotics (CCCAR2021) was successfully held in Shanghai, China on March 29-30, 2021 and it was attended by invited speakers, papers authors and scholars from many countries and regions. Due to the travel regulations and restrictions after the outbreak of COVID-19, speakers and participants in many countries and regions contributed their support to CCCAR2021 in online participation and video / poster presentations. The outbreak of COVID-19 restricted people from travelling and meeting, but the passion for communication and sharing among scientists and scholars was not lessened. To provide to people with similar research interests an opportunity and platform to present and share their latest work of achievements, the CCCAR2021 was prepared since the end of 2020. As preparation for CCCAR2021, we have invited scholars, researchers from colleges, universities, research institutes and corporations to contribute their support and they have generously submitted their research for sharing with colleagues at CCCAR2021. With the opening of CCCAR2021 and by the publication of these carefully selected papers, we believe CCCAR2021 will make great influence to the development of research and technology. Participants at CCCAR2021 were invited to present their research by speech / posters / videos. There were several sessions at CCCAR focusing on sub-topics and we also provided the participants the time and chance to communicate with each other for support and inspiration. With next CCCAR, it is our goal to have more participants presenting the meeting and with the successful experience this year, we believe the goal would be within our reach.
