The latitude and longitude coordinates are converted into Gaussian plane coordinates through the forward calculation of the Gauss-Kruger projection, and then the location is selected through the center of gravity method, and then the location result is converted into the latitude and longitude coordinates through the reverse calculation of the Gauss-Kruger projection. This method was then applied to the location of distribution centers among the four cities in Zhejiang Province, and reasonable results were obtained.
