Deterministic electrochemical deposition method are proposed and developed for the repair of the damaged circular parts, shape accuracy of which is not up to standard due to wear. The surface profiler is used to determine the morphology of the damaged parts to be repaired. On the basis of deterministic surface forming theory, the proposed electrochemical deposition technology is used to perform deterministic repair of the parts to be repaired. The repaired shaft parts are measured with a surface profiler. The experimental results show that the deterministic electrochemical deposition repair can obtain high shape accuracy and smooth surface quality, and it has strong reliability. It is effective and promising in the precise repair of the damaged circular parts. The proposed method has important application significance.
