Problem determining the dynamics of changes in the structures of temporal directed tree is one of the central problems of graph dynamics, i.e. the changes in the similarity of temporal directed tree structures, which is the subject of this research. Two types of problems associated with determining the distance or similarity index for a pair of structures of temporal directed tree are identified. A method for solving these problems is proposed, and example of solution is given.
