In this research, biological assays for testing toxins in the disinfection jungles Roanstar are studied on a group of fish. The dose-response relationship was estimated using an exponential model, applied the MLE method to estimate the parameters of the exponential distribution. The Fisher’s information was used and the cumulative distribution function to estimate the median lethal dose LD 50 which extracted confidence limits for it at specific time intervals.
