ICIR Euroinvent 2021 International Conference on Innovative Research May 20 th to 21 st , 2021, Iasi – Romania Peer review declaration All papers published in this volume of Journal of Physics: Conference Series have been peer reviewed through processes administered by the Editors. Reviews were conducted by expert referees to the professional and scientific standards expected of a proceedings journal published by IOP Publishing. Type of peer review: single blind peer review (reviewer knows name of Authors but author doesn’t know name of reviewer_ Minimum 2 reviewers used PhD specialists on the topic of the report. Conference submission management system: The conference was managed by an international organizing committee, presented in the editorial of the Issue. Conference materials (program, abstracts) were presented in hard copy: program brochure, book of abstracts, and in electronic form (*.pdf format) on the conference website www.euroinvent.org/conference The selected and accepted articles have been published in several journals. Basic Requirements For Review Technical criteria • Scientific novelty: especially scientific rigor, precision and correctness. • Clarity of expression; exchange of ideas; readability and discussion of concepts. • Sufficient discussion of the context of the work and appropriate references. Quality criteria • Originality: is the work relevant and new? • Motivation: Does the problem under consideration have valid motivation? All documents must clearly demonstrate scientific interest in the results. • Repetition: Has a significant portion of the manuscript already been published? • Duration: is the content of the work of sufficient scientific interest? Presentation criteria • Title: Is it adequate and appropriate for the content of the article? • Does it contain basic information about the article? Is it complete? • Figures, tables and captions: are they important and understandable? • Text and formulas: are they concise and easy to understand? • Conclusion: Are the conclusions sound and sustained by the data in article?
