In this paper, the flow channel structure and battery of battery cooling system are taken as the research object, and the heat transfer simulation is carried out. In order to analyze the temperature and influencing factors of battery pack in the initial scheme of cooling system structure at high ambient temperature of 40 °C, 50 °C and 60 °C, the temperature of battery pack under many working conditions is simulated, and then the optimization scheme is put forward, and the feasibility of the two schemes is compared with that of the initial scheme.
