Increasing the competence of Human Resources (HR) in the utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) following the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) is a demand for the development of ICT that is very rapid at this time. To determine the effect of competencies, an objective and efficient assessment strategy is needed. The Profile Matching method can be applied in the assessment because it has a decision-making mechanism that assumes that there is an ideal level of predictor variable that must be owned, so identification can be made using several evaluation criteria, and profiles will be found that will be adjusted to the expected ideal shape.
