This article analyzes the basic characteristics, specific applications, and application experience of data-driven. The author studies the basic concepts, design ideas, basic positioning, application advantages, and application disadvantages of the building intelligent design program. This article analyzes the application points of rational selection of maintenance methods, Internet of Things technology, cloud computing technology, BIM technology, perception technology, and distributed processing technology.
