The virtual simulation model building (BIM) of civil engineering is used more and more widely. Based on the platform of “cost workshop” of civil engineering and the BETC method of “BIM virtual construction + actual engineering information + industry standard comparison”, this paper emphasizes the integration of “virtual construction technology”, “information pricing technology” and “industry standard requirements” of civil engineering. This method is conducive to the research of civil engineering BIM Technology and the development of cost information.
