The article presents the requirements and various ways to assess the quality of educational services and training of specialists in higher education institutions, and also offers a “comprehensive” indicator of the quality of management systems that takes into account the main results of educational activities of the University – the degree of development of educational programs by students and satisfaction of the main consumers of educational services.
