The next questions were considered: creation of performance evaluation system as part of the automated software complex designed to improve the activities functioning of the business structures. These business structures are complex regarding their structure as well as liaison communications in a supply chain. Proposed model for the efficiency assessement was created while using the theory of fuzzy sets on the software basis in the MATLAB environment. Conducted investigations have shown that this developed model allows to create supply chains that are optimal in terms of its structure and efficiency; it equally formalizes the decision-making procedure and reduces the error probabilities when it comes to the supply chain management.
