The paper considers the proposed design and a developed on the basis of an integrated approach mathematical model of the feed rate of a vertical hopper-feeding device with rollers for flat and close to equidimensional parts of the shape of bodies of rotation with asymmetry at the ends of two types: with a cylindrical stepped end and an end in the form of a truncated cone. The developed model, the adequacy and correctness of which is confirmed by the results of experimental studies, allows at the design stage with high precision for practice to determine the parameters of the feeding device, which will ensure the required feed rate and reliability of automatic machines and lines.
