Peer review declaration

All papers published in this volume of Journal of Physics: Conference Series have been peer reviewed through processes administered by the Editors. Reviews were conducted by expert referees to the professional and scientific standards expected of a proceedings journal published by IOP Publishing. • Type of peer review: Single-blind / Double-blind / Triple-blind / Open / Other (please describe) Double blind • Conference submission management system : Each participant of the conference should send abstracts in Russian or English to the Organizing Committee of the conference. After a positive decision on the acceptance of the abstracts, the participant is invited to submit an papers for publication in the JPCS. Each paper is sent to a group of reviewers who are specialists within the area of expertise corresponding to the section of the conference. The secretary of the section checks the compliance of the paper with the requirements of the journal. Then the article is sent to the reviewers in the Program Committee. Members of the committee make comments to the author on the text of the paper and ask questions. The section secretary monitors the remarks of the author.
