This paper presents the concept of considering the ecological and economic component of the industrial system from two sides. The first side represents ecological and legal modeling which includes the study of exogenous and endogenous negative determinants affecting this area. The second side describes ecological and mathematical modeling which is based on the modernization and adaptation of the calculated tools for high-tech industrial enterprises to reflect the costs of environmental safety, sustainable development of production and conservation of natural resources.
