In order to solve the decision-making problem of taxi drivers at the airport, it constructed a non-aggregate stochastic utility model, a cell transmission simulation model, and a queuing model. Besides, it used software programming and drawing software such as MATLAB, SPSS, EXCEL, and rapid flow chart comprehensively. Finally, this paper solves the taxi problem at the airport and gives relevant suggestions.
