The Olive Tree ( Olea europaea ) is a plant originating in the Middle East. Olea Europaea plant is contained several secondary metabolites such as olive oil, phenolic compounds, flavonoids, triterpen, biphenol. The aims of this research are to isolate and identify a flavonoid compound that extracted in the ethyl acetate of olive leaves. Isolation was carried out by meseration, liquid vacuum chromatography, column chromatography and thin layer chromatography. Isolation results obtained 10 mg isolates were identified using proton nuclear magnetic spectroscopy ( 1 H-NMR) and carbon ( 13 C-NMR). According to spectra analysis, describe that isolate is chrysoeriol.
