With the increasingly cutting-edge market competition, it is difficult to form long-term advantages for enterprises by solely relying on low cost. Middle and high-end quality customers prefer product quality in decisions for .purchasing. Enterprises can establish a good brand image, obtain high returns through the dependence on quality. Through quality management, enterprises obtain continuous improvement and economic benefits will be continuously increased. Six Sigma management is widely used in quality management in enterprises. It is a management method proposed by MOTOROLA, which can effectively improve work efficiency and product quality. Six Sigma management designs and supervises each production process and business process to achieve maximum customer satisfaction with minimum losses and improve corporate profits. This paper discusses the application strategy of Six Sigma management in enterprise supply chain quality management.
