Based on the analysis of the current situation of investigation and treatment of port accidents, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as improving relevant laws and regulations, establishing an independent third-party investigation organization and consultation mechanism, and formulating investigation procedures, so as to promote the modernization of port accident investigation and management system and capacity.
