This article proposed a method for final assembly of optical fiber cables based on the needs of satellite installation of optical fiber cables, the structural features of optical fiber cables, and on the basis of fully demonstrating the installation conditions of optical fiber cables. The articles also analyzed factors that affect the quality of the final assembly of optical fiber cables based on the rationality of wiring and the effectiveness of cable protection and the reliability of electrical connector insertion. The method proposed by the article greatly improves the assembly efficiency while effectively ensuring the safety and reliability of the final assembly of the product.
