This study aims to examine the effect of user involvement, personal technical abilities, top management support, education & training programs, and formalization of information systems development on the performance of accounting information systems in regional government organization (OPD) in Sleman Regency. The number of samples used was 76 respondents with a purposive sampling method. The multiple linear regression is used as a technique analysis. The results of the study prove that the ability of personal skills and education & training programs has a positive effect on the performance of accounting information systems. In contrast, user involvement, top management support, and formalization of information system development do not affect the performance of accounting information systems.
