This paper discusses and analyzes the technical ideas of the soften-standardized cloud collaborative manufacturing model of bearing components with seat, including soften-standardized processing, intelligent fitting algorithm, intelligent matching algorithm and product data flow. Because it has obvious advantages compared with the traditional group assembly method, it can be expected that this technology will become a competitive choice for low cost processing and high quality production of large-scale precision assembly components manufacturing enterprises. In order to verify the feasibility of this technology in mass production, a set of experimental methods are designed and verified step by step. The experimental results show that the technology is not only feasible, but also can change the existing factors of production. The failure rate of bearing and bearing can approach zero theoretically and the assembly quality of bearing assembly is higher.
