In this article, the shifted quasi-Newton condition used to suggest a new shifted conjugate gradient method (CGM). The method of Idea and Zhang’s et al had been compounding to introduce a modren shifted conjugate gradient method (NSCGM). The propose style based on a hybrid the CGM with a shifted quasi-Newton conditions in which generate descent search direction. The global convergence properties will be hold by the proposed method. The proposed method obtained encourage results that compared with other methods in the literatures.
