A fractional order modification of Tuckwell and Wan for HIV-1 model is given. Tuckwell and Wan gave a model for HIV-1 infection of CD4+T-cells and solving. The number of CD4+T-cellsgained by the solution of the tth equation decreases with time which is a main weak point in this model. So we give a modification for their model in a fractional differential from. The results of solution are compared with the results of the other solutions methods.
