Emojies in online shopping, online customer service is widely application. Through the investigation of Internet consumers and network service personnel, this paper from the frequency of use, attitudes, preferences and other describes the network consumer, customer service personnel to use emojies status, through the score analysis, for customer service staff in working process using emojies recommendations: positive use of emojies and use emojies are less, pay attention to the frequency of use of emojies, in the form of written words + emoticons to consumers, emojies should be placed at the end of the sentence.
