Firstly, according to the mode of UAV fleet operation and air defense means, the model of operational effectiveness evaluation system for anti-UAV fleet is built. Then, a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process based on triangular fuzzy number to represent importance is selected to determine the weights of different indexes in the system. The validity of the model is verified by evaluating two examples, the US Nimitz and the Russian Kuznetsov. The laser weapon, high power microwave weapon and electronic jamming equipment in the Nimitz carrier have been improved for the anti-UAV fleet operation effect, which has been evaluated to be better than before.
