In the course of the work, the systems modeling the dispersion of pollution were considered, where, based on the theoretical analysis of their characteristics and properties, the “Calpuff” model was chosen, which is most suitable for modeling air quality in urban areas. As a calculation model of emissions near roads, the Russian “Methodology for determining emissions from motor vehicles for conducting summary calculations of urban air pollution” was chosen. Developed a process for the preparation of the data on pollution from road transport for the system modeling “Calpuff”. In the high-level object-oriented language Python, a calculation module has been developed that performs the functions of storing, hourly averaging of pollution and generating the lnemarb.dat file of the “Calpuff” model. A graphical interface has been developed for the user of the software module.
