Qualitative and quantitative patterns for the synthesis of nanostructured films by the sol-gel technology method, established on the basis of theoretical models and experiments, are presented. The effect of annealing temperature, types of solvents and substrates on the morphostructure of the film surface is shown. A technique for the synthesis of films for sensitive elements of gas sensors and vacuum sensors based on orthosilicic acid has been developed.
