Based on the traditional corn harvester, this paper optimizes the basic structure of the harvester, analyzes the transmission mode and working principle of each mechanism, and designs and selects the electric devices and sensors needed in the optimization process. Combined with PLC control theory and output signal processing of sensors, the hydraulic components of walking hydraulic system of electric devices and harvesters are controlled.
