Nowadays using green chemical synthesis is more common because it is minimized the side effect of chemical reaction emission. In this study graphene oxide (GO) and reduction it to (rGO) synthesis to explore its advantage in different field. This research present overview of green synthesis of (rGO) using green tea leaves as reducing agents. Besides, it also gives analyzing of (GO) and (rGO) by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transmission Infrared (FTIR) and Ultraviolet-Visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis). X-ray spectra has proven that (GO) and (rGO) were successfully synthesized by illustrating peak at (11.22, e ec i e y images, monolayers with mean grain size (41.7990,) nm respectively for (GO) and (rGO). Moreover, the FTIR showed that the amount of oxygen group reduced in (rGO) while UV-Vis spectra proved the absorption peak of GO (285nm) and rGO (295nm) at different location. Therefore, this green method can reduce rely on the chemical material.
