The recycling of e-waste has been widely concerned, because it influences human health and the reuse of resources. Based on the signal-passion game theory, this paper establishes the signal game model of internet platform and e-waste recycler, through analyzing the game model of separation equalization, mixed equalization and quasi-separation equalization, which reveals the internal operational mechanism between the platform and e-waste recycler, and emphasizes the separation equalization can achieve the separation of e-waste recycler. Finally, it provides many suggestions for recycling platform how to manage e-waste effectively and how to recycle efficiently for e-waste recycler, as we hope to improve the recovery rate of e-waste.
