College English is a compulsory basic course for higher education in China. At the same time, handling a secondary language is a must-have under the globalization. However, the students’ English proficiency has always been unsatisfactory after so many years of teaching and learning. Meanwhile, in the era of information and data, Internet has not only changed our country’s economic model, but also brought a revolution in education.
