Preface

It is a tremendous and profound honour to welcome all of you to the 2 nd -ISST (International Seminar of Science and Technology) held at Tadulako University, Palu, September 16 -17, 2020. In this challenging year, even during the pandemic Covid-19 era that leads to several restrictions, we still manage to continue our tradition of assembling academics, researchers, professionals, and students from Japan, Australia, Malaysia, Mongolia, and mostly Indonesia, who are experts in science and technology in a Zoom virtual conference meeting. The total number of participants was 108, with a total of 96 manuscripts. The Conference substantially enliven the dynamic synergism of students and growing academics and researchers with those who are more prominent in the form of virtual presentation and discussion of new and latest work. The papers contributed to the recent and sustainable development of integrated science and technology known in the field of physics and applied physics, environmental and earth sciences, chemistry and physical chemistry, material sciences, polymers, electronic devices, and mathematical and computer sciences.
