Single-blind peer review (by one of the editors) with editorial entry check (by the corresponding editor) and post-acceptance language and style check (by an invited linguist). 2. The review process for each paper took around 1 to 2 month/s. In the case of contradict decision of acceptance (accepted of reject)/suggestion for publication between two reviewers of the paper, the final selection was made based on either weighted all comments or initiated the third reviewer for new weighted selection. And the core of the review team is comprised from educators and researchers from universities and research institutions at home and at abroad.
