With the continuous progress of the social economy of our country, people have put forward more requirements for road traffic, and the development of road traffic construction is also faster and faster. Among them, the construction of the highway is also accelerating the development, but also the focus of road traffic construction. However, there are still many problems in its construction and development. There are many diseases in the construction of roadbed engineering. In addition, the quality control work in the construction stage does not achieve the predetermined goal, which may lead to unsafe events. Therefore, we must take it seriously. On this basis, it describes the importance of highway roadbed construction quality, introduces three common roadbed engineering diseases, and studies the quality control of highway roadbed engineering. This paper found that the proportion of pavement smoothness is the most, accounting for 30%, which shows that the expressway roadbed is not only built, but also needs to be carefully maintained in the later stage, so as to avoid common diseases and extend the service life of expressway.
