A progress of application-oriented specialty should improve the training system of applied talents. It can be said that in a series of complete training system, the national mutual application-oriented training strategy should be rated as one of the main components [1] . It plays a very essential character in encouraging the sharing tactic of the ice and snow sight design resources in the universities in the north of China. In addition, the resource sharing of ice and snow sight can also accurately position the value of the format of ice and snow sight in the north. Nowadays, the emergence of the concept of big data has led to the emergence of a number of educational resources sharing strategies. On this basis, the application of ice and snow sight design also plays a great auxiliary role.
