Compressed sensing technology is widely used in the field of digital watermarking and traditional algorithms lack proper selection of carrier data, resulting in excessive computing costs. The algorithm in this paper mainly focuses on the measured values of different regions, uses the clustering algorithm to select the appropriate image blocks, adjusts the sampling rate to re-measure the background image blocks, obtains new measurement values, and then performs digital watermark embedding and carrier image restoration. The experiment shows this method improved transparency, while possessing certain robustness and resistance to extraction.
