The reform of the mechanism and performance of the internal combustion engine in the traditional automobile industry has always been the main goal in the environmental protection strategy. In recent years, people have proposed experimental technologies for new energy vehicles [1] . Facts have proved that new energy vehicles have great advantages in energy consumption and environmental pollution prevention. Because of this factor, the space for new energy vehicles to play in the automotive industry is constantly growing. Some emerging automobile-related companies are also working hard to find research and development methods for new energy vehicles. This phenomenon has also led to a sharp increase in the demand for talents after the launch of new energy vehicles. Therefore, the current obsolete automobile research and development profession must undergo transformational development to be able to adapt to the needs of society. The construction of the new energy vehicle test technology specialty is imminent.
